Every Day is a Beautiful Day

Breakfast: shrimp macaroni salad left over from our Rally & Backpack Sunday feast at church. It was gluten-free pasta, but with all the peas, mayo, sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped green and red peppers, and four pounds of boiled shrimp, you can't tell gluten-free from "real" pasta. Linda has made many dishes for church dinners, this may have been her all Time best, TG we made way too much, and I hepped!

Moral: shrimp macaroni salad isn't just for church any more.

Icy cold sugar melon for breakfast dessert.

Sipping hot black coffee from my municode thermos.

All the news is from Afghanistan, the reign of terror resumes, human body parts in wheel-wells of USAF planes fleeing Kabul, bloody clothing fluttering from. Beyond heartbreaking. Taliban firing into protesting crowds. Nothing in human history and experience is more evil than fundamentalist religion self-righteously laying down God's Law and the Will of God on other people. Am I thankful to be an American? Well, yes, for now, but the fact is, people are blind to truth about themselves, and our own future is cloudy, threatened by the self-righteous certain.

Every day is a beautiful day at 7H.
