Alabama shooting

 

A shooting at a Sweet 16 birthday party in Dadeville, Alabama, over the weekend left four people dead and at least 28 others injured. Officials say they are working to uncover details about what led up to the shooting and have yet to release information on a suspect. Among those killed was the birthday girl's brother, two sources told CNN. The shooting left dozens of partygoers with "a wide variety of injuries" and some were still in critical condition as of Sunday afternoon, officials said. After this weekend's violence, there have been more than 160 mass shootings so far in 2023, according to the Gun Violence Archive, marking more mass shootings than there have been days in the year.

Ok, I'll just say it: this defines what we are. If you think it's okay that this is what America has turned into, the monster that the American people have become, every idiot with the assault weapon of his choice, if this is what you think it means to make America great again, you're as full of s_ _ t as a Christmas goose, you are fully complicit in these senseless murders, you are personally culpable in the criminal acts that you are enabling, you are as evil as each and every shooter. 

This is not what America ever was, we were never so obsessed with our rights that we would have turned our backs and done nothing while children and other innocent people were shot, maimed, mutilated, and murdered as the new American way of life. Shame.

Shame, shame, shame, shame, shame.

It you think this is okay and are not willing, do not agree, that it is urgent to get busy doing something, anything, to stop this insanity, then you are of the satanic.

And believing that Jesus died for your sins is not going to save you.

Because Christianity is not about Belief. 

Christianity is about Life, Living, how you live. Christianity is about how you treat other people. That Christianity is often bastardized into an egocentric self-obsessed religion about personal salvation into heavenly afterlife without regard to Life Itself, is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

Nothing will be done. Where selfish people are unwilling to talk, nothing can be done. And children will continue to be murdered, deprived of their right to life because the selfish are obsessed with their own rights.

With rights come responsibilities, and we are the very image of irresponsibility. Perhaps as humans continue to evolve, we will in Time become the godly image that we were created to be.
