1951, 1952 DeSoto Suburban leather interior, 9 passenger. The 1951 and '52 were visually identical except that green tinted windows were first offered as optional accessory on all 1952 Chrysler products. Also, the USA was thick in the Korean War at the time, and there were material shortages, and the 1952 DeSoto and other Chrysler cars as well, used very inferior chrome material for the bumpers and the chrome trim. A result was that the 1952 models quickly went shabby, while the 1951s lasted on and on. This is the kind of nonsense Bubba remembers, even though he cannot remember one Bible verse from another.

Obviously Bubba is not preaching this morning.
