2308 again

The buyer of my old family homestead has it listed on MLS. Furnished. He contracted to buy it from me in April, after two delays the contract closed the first week of July, and the first week of September it's offered for sale. What a great old house. It needs a family who enjoy lots of room and privacy with everybody having their own generous space.

Tomorrow morning our Bible Seminar kicks off for the Fall 2015 season. As always, “where did the summer go?” but I'm looking forward to this next chapter of life's continuing adventure. Anyone who wants to come doesn't need to bring a thing, we have plenty of Study Bibles, including a dozen brand new ones, the red NRSV with Apocrypha, published by Oxford. Plus we generally have an extra-large-print handout of whatever we're studying for the day. We'll gather at Holy Nativity Episcopal Church in the Mary Stuart Poole Library with folks arriving at their convenience between 9:30 and ten o'clock and there's coffee and a bite to eat. We sit down at 10:00 and begin with prayer at 10:05, and adjourn at 11:15. All are invited and welcome. Bring a friend.
