Orion high in the east, his belt pointing down to Sirius the brightest star in our heavens, 67F and 51% high on the seventh floor with a wisp of, yes, chilly breeze, red and green channel lights blink as a shrimp boat heads toward the open Bay, suddenly turns around and heads back in.
This Holy Cross Day 2015 of the Common Era, the Qt. Rev. Commander Thos. C. (B.) Weller sips a cup of black coffee and, white flag waving, inexorably, resignedly and contentedly is inducted into the Sodality of St. Octogenaria, mother of Folly and patron of those who do, say, eat, drink, think & believe what they DWP.

What a great weekend! What another great Sunday at the Church of My Choice! What a great day ahead! What a great life behind and before! During this morning’s walk I’ll continue contemplating the rector’s first question in yesterday’s sermon: what brings you the greatest joy in life? I have a long list.
