After nine hours sleep (I know there should be an apostrophe there, but in defiance I'm not putting it), awakening this Monday morning to the mystery that "Truth is not Truth" although I do understand the man somewhat obliquely. For one thing, people may reasonably see truth differently, my truth "Blessed be God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit" is not a truth that either a Muslim or a Jew could utter truthfully. So, truth is indeed not necessarily truth, but even if Rudy may be right as he tried to wax profound, he could have been more lucid in saying what he meant unless he actually meant to stir the waters, which, more than a tactic, is truthfully a strategy. For what? clinging to office.

Pics from 7H, early Saturday afternoon, Polish Steamship underway for Tyne with a load of wood pellets; early Sunday evening Seaboard Peru passing 7H with general cargo next port Houston: just this Monday morning look at clouds beyond Shell Island over the Gulf of Mexico.
For those who like to know what Father had for Breakfast: extra-thin-sliced porkchop and avocado on extra-thin toast, second cup of black, mug of ice water.
From last week's blogpost "The Worst ..." more keeps coming in and being added to that blogpost, including this morning's latest from Rome himself. My view: it is beyond sacred absolution and criminally insufficient to apologize, meet with, commiserate, provide counseling for, sell property to raise funds for compensating victims. Named perpetrators should be defrocked, excommunicated and condemned; and if they are already dead, damned to hell; but this will never happen if only because, as seen in the recent removal of a top cardinal, the personal guilt goes from the lowest parish priest all the way to the highest levels of the Church. Luke 17:2 "It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones." Christ has been crucified again: let them be anathema.
Borrowing from Harry Golden, for 2¢ it couldn't be plainer than that.
