Sunday Pensacola 1.1
Good evening, friends and neighbors. Malinda did fine this morning but was totally faded by the time Fr John Phillips & Ann came by with Communion and coffee hour sweets, and descended from there, borderline aware, including during the move from SurgeryICU 471 to Neuro Floor 450; until Kristen left to return home to PC, when she became momentarily alert.
Ray arrived and after a brief "turnover" we came to Hampton Inn overnight. Tomorrow morning we'll stop by 450 and, all well, buzz home to PC for errands, pay any bills, laundry, and return. We thought of driving over this evening but the mental, emotional, physical strain leave us daily exhausted, just so now far too worn down to drive safely!!
News of the day was indeed that Malinda was moved out of the ICU to step-down. Ray to sleep in M's room tonight.
