Tuesday Pensacola 1.0
After seeing Malinda yesterday, Ray with her, we drove home to PC for a day's respite and errands that are little household chores, returning to Sacred Heart, Pensacola about five o'clock. She was in bed conversing. While Ray had come to the motel room to shower Carol was there with her and helped with her short walk out the door and down the hall. Life is Good, and its Creator.
As we came off the I-10 bridge crossing Escambia Bay the telephone rang, Ray calling to say that M's neruro-surgical nurse practitioner had visited, said it's "time for her to go" and that, all going as now, she will be discharged either today or tomorrow, to rehab in Panama City.
There is still the rehab work to do, and the return to Sacred Heart to deal surgically with the second aneurysm, but we are good for the moment and, again, so is Life and the One who said "Let there be ..." and it was So.
