Sunday after Saturday

Sunday morning early, Trader Joe’s B&D from last week’s visit to TJCC in Tallahassee, predawn warm outside but tolerable at 7H, Orion in the east, Sirius sparkling above the horizon below Orion’s belt.

BayMed CVICU room crowded with loved ones Saturday. Cardiologist visit & briefing: keeping, tending and watching until Monday and Tuesday, surprised she’s alive after Friday, now waiting for heart surgeons’ to evaluate candidacy for CABG v treat medically. Lots of loving, caring family in town and present.

Saturday I loved watching Michigan play, though seemed to be tuning up the first quarter such that it reminded me of high school football. Football ignorant, I know nothing, but it seemed like Florida relied too much on passing and both teams had big trouble protecting their quarterback from sacking. Closing with Florida’s consecutive double fumble, the second in Florida’s end zone trying to pass, tackled, fumbling and Michigan on it for six points then seven. Sad both Florida and FSU games weren’t closer scored.
