IDK, but have read that, compared to our honoring the American cemetery at Normandy, not many Germans visit their war cemetery at La Cambe. Which is saddening, because soldiers in wartime do not make the decisions, they do what their government orders them to do, and every soldier is loved, and every dead soldier is loved and grieved. 

All government is always, all ways, all bad.

All institutions and forces that generate hatred are always, all ways, all bad.

What a beautiful and strange environment in which to hate and kill each other, while the Universe looks on at our egocentricity and wonders if we are mad.
